Ruler of Kashmir belonging to the first Lohara dy-nasty who came to the throne in 1089. Harsha is remembered as a tyrant who imposed oppressive taxes. He is also reported to have de-stroyed temples in order to appropriate the wealth hidden there. His numerous acts of oppression and incest made him very unpopular.
